Jane is the Founder and CEO of Venn Communications. An accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in external, executive, brand, crisis, employee, and change communication, she has worked with global organizations, non-profits, foundations, and educational institutes.
She has spent the past two decades working with executives on their personal branding. Through this process, she developed the brand U guide and approach. This tested methodology is tailored to people at any stage in their career. Through this approach and a focus on authenticity and story telling, she is able to draw out the compelling and creative stories about a person's experiences, values, and unique offerings.
Nicole McDonald
Nicole is a customer success professional with a trained in personal branding. She loves breaking down complicated ideas and turning them into simple and actionable steps.
Her specialties include: building strong client relationships, problem-solving and conflict resolution, and crafting customer-focused communication strategies.
